In February 2007, the ThawkTech eSports organization was born. Since 2007, ThawkTech has been striving to create a community between its hardcore and casual gamers. ThawkTech contains multiple different gaming teams whom are specific to a single game. Each team competes in online leagues and sometimes LAN tournaments. In addition, ThawkTech has public servers for its casual members to enjoy. All of these elements are brought together at ThawkTech.com where there are forums, frequent news posts about our gaming teams, and more!

ThawkTech.COD4: Recently, ThawkTech.COD4 has made it to CEVO Professional! Congratulations ThawkTech.COD4! Keep up the great work!
ThawkTech.L4D: ThawkTech.L4D is now in the playoffs of the CEVO! They are currently 6-1 and looking strong. Stay tuned for more information! Great work guys!

With the recent departure of our old ThawkTech.CSS team, we are glad to announce a new team has joined our organization. Repping ThawkTech.CSS is Angus "Hair-ee_^" Lambert, Dan "Mhike" Li, Tyson "spanKie" Buselt, Samuel "Faint" Hardy, Matthew "howe" Howe, Jordrick "iLLeST^" Jacquin, Shane "aries" Doiel, and Alex "pL0y" Dunaway. The team previously played in CAL Main and the Invite Placement Tournament. They have been CEVO Main for the past two seasons as well as BOE-Invite. ThawkTech.CSS hopes to get into ESEA-Invite as well as CEVO Professional. They have high hopes to make it to the top but want to have fun while doing it. Good luck ThawkTech.CSS!

Over the past few days, ThawkTech's gaming teams have been winning multiple competitions. ThawkTech.L4D is now 4-0 in CEVO national division. Beating out teams such as BigGG, CARLOS, inevitable Defeat, and Dynamix, they did a great job! ThawkTech.COD4 is currently 2-0 in the CEVO Placement tournament. RageQuit and Team Binary both fell to ThawkTech.COD4. There is great chance for ThawkTech.COD4 to make it to CEVO Professional! Awesome job guys! ThawkTech.TF2 is currently 3-1 with 3 wins and 1 forfeit loss. They are competing in the OCZ TF2 tournament in CEVO. Hope you guys pull out to win the whole thing! Overall, great job from all divisions! Keep it up!

Today, Major League Servers became a server sponsor for the ThawkTech organization. "MLS" will be providing public servers in Counter-Strike:Source and Team Fortress 2 for ThawkTech starting tomorrow (Monday May 25 2009). Major League Servers is extremely well known for their amazing servers and prices. They have been in business for 6 months now with a very mature staff on board. "MLS" also provides private servers for the competitive gamers. They just updated their custom Linux Kernel for even better performance. Their 1000 FPS servers are ridiculously stable and yet so easy to afford. What separates "MLS" even more from the rest is their amazing dedicated full time customer service. ThawkTech pick up Team Fortress 2 Team!!

Finally ThawkTech has picked up a Team Fortress 2 division! We are extremely excited to have them on board. ThawkTech.TF2 consists of Max "dorkstick" L, Y "Phantom" T, Andrew "mac" Hardgrove, Vinny "gandhi" Vallam, Adam "yodogs" Isles, John "noun" Campos, Mitchel "Okiryu" Graeme, and Nick "cuzza^" Cocuzza!! Currently they are competing in the CEVO OCZ TF2 Tournament and are 2-0! In the future, they plan to play in CEVO Free and ESEA Open. Their goal as a team is to have fun and to spread the ThawkTech organization. Welcome ThawkTech.TF2! Good luck!

From Friday, May 8, 2009 - 12:00pm to Sunday, May 10, 2009 - 3:00pm, ThawkTech.CSS attended LANaplooza 2009 which was hosted by ZeroPingEvents! The entire ThawkTech.CSS team attended as well as Adam "Thawk", owner of ThawkTech.
ThawkTech.CSS competed in the Counter-Strike:Source tournmanent and came in 3rd place! Photos from the event will be provided soon so stay tuned!
